How long does it take to receive my package?

On average, it takes us 3 to 7 days to process your order before shipping it out. Rest assured, we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 14 and 30 days, depending on your country or region. Please note that holidays may affect delivery times.

What is the company's return policy?

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. It takes at least 14 days from receipt of the item to handle the return or exchange.
